DTx is looking for two Masters in Industrial Electronics or related fields the to join the research team of project “BE.Neutral” ref. C644874240-00000016, financed by PRR – Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência within the call n. º: 2022-C05i0101-02 – Agendas para a Inovação Empresarial.
BE.Neutral has the ambition to position Portugal as an exporter of cyber-physical products with zero carbon mobility to cities all over the world. It was designed from the opportunity to develop, industrialize and operate new cyber-physical products (physical devices, connectivity and data science platforms), capable of real-time quantification of avoided emissions to accelerate carbon neutrality by 2030. With the leadership of NOS, the consortium includes 44 partners (29 companies, 14 ENESII and 1 cluster) and 8 cities as environments for the development, testing and demonstration of products and services. The agenda will result in 16 PPS: 4 mobility products and respective complete value chains and 1 reconversion of buses; 1 set of connectivity devices; 7 platforms; 2 charging systems and 1 new infrastructure. A new national integrator (Simoldes/TMG), a new national builder (Caetano bus) and a new automotive FDI will be created.
Applicants’ profile:
– MSc in Industrial Electronics and Computer engineering or related fields;
– Priority will be given to candidates with solid knowledge in AC/DC power converters;
– Previous experience with hardware design using Altium;
– Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and within a team.
The candidates will be integrated in a multidisciplinary research group at DTx that works in close collaboration with academic, R&D and industrial partners.

DTx aims at being a reference player in the scope of digital transformation and focuses its research in the intersection of physical, digital and cybernetic domains, with the purpose of creating the next generation of advanced cyber-physical systems.
