The DTx CoLAB team was challenged to an outdoor activity to plant 50 native trees, on the Penha Biodiversity Route, an initiative developed in partnership with 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚̃𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 and Laboratório da Paisagem.

An excellent opportunity for DTx CoLAB team to get hands on to work, collaboratively, and contribute to reduce the carbon footprint. The 50 trees planted will absorb the CO2 equivalent to that emitted by 116,000 Kms traveled by an average car.

This was a great moment to create good memories and strengthen bonds between the team and, at the same time, highlight the human and social dimensions of DTx CoLAB with the mission of building its legacy towards sustainability.

The project 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚̃𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚, promoted by the Município de Guimarães and the Laboratório da Paisagem, began in 2017, having already achieved plant around 10,000 native trees in different areas of the Municipality.

DTx CoLAB – a force for good!
